I was diagnosed pre-diabetic a few months ago. After that I definitely cut down on cheese, carbs..all the good stuff. Even bought a scale to keep track of my weight

I had to go DD (940 cc each side)when I had augmentation. I’m 6”2” trans woman and it’s not that big on my frame
I lost 75 lbs on Ozempic and had no issues
