Sometimes our freeform days are the most fun; often they have some of the biggest news. Today was both, and a whole helping of kick in the pants, too.
We started by debating the meaning of Trump’s on camera “fuck” at Israel and Iran. Is the world’s best negotiator all out of non-swear words?
Furthermore—what is happening? Why is all of this unfolding the way it is, and why does it seem so…strange? Does nobody involved know what they’re doing? Or is there some overarching mysterious plot we’re all not privy to?
And the billion-dollar question: where is all of that Highly Enriched Uranium that Iran possibly still has? We feel like we’re not going to like the answers to any of these questions.
After that puzzlement, we turned the codpresent towards a more personal subject: my recent diabetes diagnosis, and the chance I’ll be able to use GLP-1 drugs to get healthy and in shape—maybe for the first time in my life:
