I loved it, and also, I think that was about the point that I was starting to realize that I just don't love live shows. (I know, I know, kill me because how could I even say that!) I am just not a stand for hours and yell at the top of my lungs guy. But the experience with you all was fantastic!
Idk if you remember but you, someone else and I drive out to some small out of town record store and waited over night to get U2 tickets (and I think it was my idea to do so). The Lakewood show sold out as it was our turn to buy tickets and we had to make the decision very quickly to buy for the Miami show. We all stayed at your house for the concert. Lawrence was there too.
I remember! It was the Zoo TV tour and I couldnβt stand the show. But the trip was so fun and idk why but I remember you loving how much fruit my mom had at her place. ππ
That is a funny memory! Clearly, we didn't have fresh fruit in my house growing up - it was impressive. I didn't discover fresh veggies until I met my husband. The concert was such a lane change from what they had done before and I had seen them twice before. I still remember liking the album though.
I'm curious about Lawrence's memory of the concert...I feel like he did like it.
